Terms and Conditions for SPACES Expo 2025

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket or registering for SPACES Expo 2025, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any ticket purchase or registration.

 

2. Ticket Purchase and Registration

  • All tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizers.

  • Tickets are transferable, but any changes must be communicated to the event organizers at least 7 days prior to the event.

  • A "Capacity Increase Request" registration does not guarantee entry. It is only an expression of interest in case of increased event capacity.

 

3. Event Changes and Cancellation

  • The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event, including but not limited to changes in speakers, venue, schedule, or event content.

  • If the event is canceled, all ticket holders will receive a full refund. The organizers are not responsible for any other costs incurred by attendees, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

 

4. Liability

  • Attendance at SPACES Expo 2025 is at your own risk. The organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

  • The organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items during the event.

 

5. Code of Conduct

  • SPACES Expo aims to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all attendees. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • The organizers reserve the right to remove anyone who violates this code of conduct from the event without a refund.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content presented during SPACES Expo 2025, including but not limited to presentations, workshops, and materials, is the intellectual property of the respective presenters and the event organizers.

  • Attendees are not permitted to record, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written permission from the organizers or presenters.

 

7. Privacy Policy

  • By registering for SPACES Expo 2025, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your contact information may be used by the organizers to provide updates and information related to the event.

 

8. Force Majeure

  • The organizers are not liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or any other unforeseen events.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
